Following arrangement on through implementation of the spirit of the 19th Party’s Congress in Xinxiang Municipal Committee, Li Qian, lecturer in Department of Public Management Research under the Party School in Xinxiang city, arrived in Xinxiang South Taihang Tourism Co., Ltd. to give tutoring and propaganda on the report of the 19th Party’s Congress. 195 people from organs and three parks attended the training.
