To quicken 5S building of Baligou scenic spot in Xinxiang city, upgrade management level in the scenic spot, we invited Professor Dai Xuefeng, professor on review in state AAAAA scenic spot, director and researcher in Office of Travel and Leisure in Institute of Financial Strategic Study in Chinese Academy of Social sciences in the morning of February 25 to give a theme training on building of state AAAAA scenic spot and management of A-level scenic spot.

Sun Chuanyong, deputy director in the governmental office of Xinxiang city, Wang Jian, standing deputy director in South Taihang Tourism Resort in Xinxiang, Cui Hong, Director in Bureau of Foreign Affairs and Travel in Xinxiang, Wang Hongchao, General Manager in Xinxiang South Taihang Travel Co., Ltd. and relevant leaders attended this training.

2015年，新乡市政府确立了八里沟景区三年创建国家5A级旅游景区的目标。两年来，景区严格按照国家5A景区创建标准和评定细则，不断完善景区软硬件基础设施和服务设施，从游客中心、旅游交通、游览线路、旅游安全、配套设施等多个方面进行提档升级，扎实推进“厕所革命”和智慧景区建设。

In 2015, the government of Xinxiang established the goal of building national AAAAAA scenic spot in Baligou scenic spot within three years. For two years, the scenic spot strictly complies with standards for building state AAAAA scenic spot and rules for appraisal, constantly works on its software and hardware infrastructures and service utilities, upgrades travelers’ center, tourism and transport, tourism track, tourism safety, supporting utilities and so forth and solidly launches ‘toilet revolution’ and building of smart scenic spot.

通过此次5A培训，我们了解到５Ａ创建中最核心的内容就是景区建设与发展要以满足游客合理的旅游感受为出发点，旅游感受是主观的，只有景区每位工作人员尊重自己的工作，忠于自己的工作，在平凡的岗位上做出不平凡的成绩，才能让景区５Ａ创建工作圆满完成。The training helps us learn that the core content of 5A building is that building and development of a scenic spot should start from satisfying travelers’ reasonable feeling. Traveling experience is subjective. Only by helping all staffs in the scenic spot show respect to their own work, be loyal to their work and show extraordinary performance in common posts can 5A building in the scenic spot be a success.
