Zhang Rongsuo, representative of the National Congress and Party Secretary of Huilong Village donated one million Yuan in the 1990s to lead cadres and people in the village to cut through a 8000-meter precipitous tunnel in the cliff and chop an S-shaped tunnel over 1000 meters in length. It marks a miracle for the history of rural road development. The tunnel is more than a place running through Mountain Taihang, it is a visually and spiritually astounding textbook of ‘red spirit that moves China’. With it as an opportunity, Huilong Village sets up its scenic spot to vigorously develop its tourism industry. It was rated as a state-level red tourism spot.

Huilong Scenic Spot is one of the birthplaces for Taoism. It is built on Cloud Peak 1570 meters in elevation. It has such magnificent building clusters as beamless Hall for ‘God Xuan Tian’ made of blue stone that is covered by iron tiles and molded by iron. With iron tile, iron roof, iron peak, iron pot and iron sculpture, it is famous for iron and is honored as ‘No. One Iron Peak in the World’. Taoism believes in ‘Golden Peak in the South lies in Wudang, Iron Peak in the North lies in Taihang’. Temples on the precipitous peak of ‘No. One Iron Peak in the World’ align with the essence of ‘Tao Way in Accordance with Nature’. Built against the mountain, it is well-proportioned with classical and rustic architectural styles.
